Terms and Conditions

  1. Students shall attend every session; participate with active interest and attention.
  2. Students shall formally inform the trainer over Phone call/SMS/Whatsapp at least a day in advance in case they are unable to attend any session.
  3. Students shall study and understand the course material notes provided.
  4. Students shall answer the quiz questions given in the course material notes
  5. Students shall perform the exercises suggested at the end of each session/sub module and share the outcome with the trainer in the following session
  6. Students shall perform the communication skills exercises on daily basis as suggested by the trainer and share the output with trainer
  7. Students shall commit to and make presentations as suggested by the trainer
  8. Students shall prepare and submit the major assignment at the end of each module
  9. Students shall provide feedback on training undergone at the end of each module
  10. Students shall take the final assessment test, score at least 50% to get the Certificate
  11. Students shall provide feedback on the overall experience of training undergone, at the end of training program
  12. Students shall complete the course in the stipulated duration with a maximum possible 4 weeks extension at the institute’s discretion, only in case of emergency/critical conditions
